Bennett Residence Additions & Alterations-

The Bennett Residence in Arlington, Virginia was previously Mr. Meacham's residence.  While owner of the property, Mr. Meacham added a new Master Bedroom, a large outdoor deck and architectural lighting. Delighted by the previous addition and interior interventions, the Client invited Mr. Meacham to share his vision for other projects that he was planning to undertake.

 

Mr. Meacham provided a master plan which included remodeling and expanding the kitchen, adding a breakfast nook bay, modifying the den ceiling to provide a cathedral ceiling, revising a former laundry room to create a new butler's pantry, creating a new laundry center close to the bedroom area and other modifications including new basement storage and a wine cellar, added dumbwaiter and new carport.
